• Laundry room on each floor
• High-rise with low number of units (96)
• Oceanview from each unit though views are certainly better on the higher floors
• Small pool (no jacuzzi, no BBQ's)
• Groundfloor level: Front desk, lobby, deli/general store, Five Palms Restaurant, beauty shop, and yoga studio
• Keawakapu Beach is one of the most appealing in Maui, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, boogie-boarding, and long walks past a neighborhood of private homes as far as you care to go into Wailea
• Restaurants and shops within a 2-minute drive into Kihei
• 2-minutes' drive to Wailea, 25-minutes to Kahului, 35-minutes to Lahaina
• Our opinion, based on our guests' reviews: Staying at this property is just a case of "tradeoffs", giving up spaciousness and amenities for the view and the beach "out the door". The units are "tiny" even by Maui standards, and decors tend to be "dated", but the property is well-maintained and well-managed.
